This grand opening marks the facility's full operational commencement, showcasing Nylacast's commitment to deepening its expertise in the field of high-precision, safety-critical worm gear technology, and its steadfast dedication to global partners and the Chinese market.

The grand opening ceremony of Nylacast Automotive for its second factory (Plant #2) will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at the Changshu Economic & Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, China. This ceremony celebrates the official commissioning of the new facility, highlighting Nylacast Automotive’s advancements in high-precision safety-critical worm gear technology and reaffirming its enduring commitment to the Chinese market and global partners.

At the Next Generation Steering Systems Summit USA 2025, the collaborative seminar hosted by Nylacast Automotive and Fuchs Lubricants Co. drew significant industry attention. Dr. Tom Hardy (Nylacast) and Rob Mulkern (Fuchs) took the stage to present their milestone achievement—the eco-friendly grease RENOLIT CX SWG 0-1—under the theme "Optimising Polymer-Grease Combinations for EPS Worm Gears: Tribological Testing and Grease Development."
