On March 3, the Lantern Festival, a warm atmosphere filled the "Mitaoli" hall at Nylacast Changshu Plant. Guests from the UK headquarters and Poland facility joined all employees in celebrating the festival together.Five distinguished guests, including Simon Harvey, CEO of Nylacast Automotive, traveled from afar and were warmly welcomed with applause.

In the first chapter, "Annual Review," Simon and Operations Director Bruce Ma delivered speeches. During the group photo session, Bruce, as our "lead horse," led everyone in shouting the most powerful phrase of the Year of the Horse, capturing a brilliant moment.

At the "Awards Ceremony," six outstanding employees from Production, Casting, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance departments took the stage to receive honors, becoming the brightest stars of the night.

The subsequent lucky draw brought the atmosphere to a climax, with prizes such as shopping cards, printers, tablets, DJI UVA, and iPhone 17s being announced. 

Interspersed with this was the "Ancient-Style Garden Fair," where employees enjoyed traditional Lantern Festival activities like solving lantern riddles and playing Touhu.

As the evening drew to a close, the hosts extended New Year blessings: May we all be as complete and smooth as the Lantern Festival, and may we forge ahead together to create new brilliance.
