To deliver more efficient services to our global automotive manufacturing partners, the comprehensively redesigned global website of Nylacast Automotive will officially launch on 1 September 2025!

The new website focuses on three core upgrades:

²  Optimized Information Architecture: Clearer, more intuitive navigation to help you quickly find the information you need.

²  Expanded Technical Content: Rich technical resources and in-depth analyses to meet the professional demands of engineers.

²  Establishment of a Sustainable Update Mechanism: Building a continuously updated Automotive Industry technical knowledge base, providing you with a constant stream of cutting-edge information.

We are committed to becoming the trusted technical partner and knowledge source for the automotive engineering community!

New Website Address: https://www.nylacastautomotive.com

Launch Date: 1 September 2025

Restructured Navigation System

Simplified Logical Hierarchy: Main navigation consolidated into key modules: "Company Introduction", "News", "Products & Services", and "Knowledge Center", eliminating the multi-level pathways of the old site.

Global Navigation Anchor Point: A fixed "Technical Inquiry Portal" at the bottom of every page allows engineers to instantly submit parameter consultation requests.

Expanded Professional Technical Content System

The new website systematically integrates nearly six decades of Nylacast Automotive engineering experience. It establishes a tripartite content review channel (R&D/Production/Marketing) to ensure data accuracy. Two new core knowledge modules are introduced:

²  Scenario-based Application Case Studies: Covering case studies across automotive sectors like Steering Systems, Braking Systems, and Transmission Systems.

²  Technical Feature Articles: Focused on deep-dive content such as Polymer Research and Worm Gear Tooth Profile Design Guides; regularly publishing industry standard interpretations and material innovation updates.

"The new website is like our open engineering handbook," stated the CEO of Nylacast Automotive - Simon Harvey. "It's not just an information window, but a living knowledge system. Through our regular content update plan, we will systematically document nearly 60 years of engineering expertise in automotive polymers."
